Mother’s love can’t be counted. It runs far, far to deep. It vastness has no ending. It’s eternal. It does not sleep. It comes in many clothing. All varied shades of flesh. An unlimited store of love, in every style of dress.
Her love lives all around us, day after day. It asks for very little, and gives it all away. She stands beside us always, through each and every fall. Her love has no conditions, not any, at all. Her warmth will revive you, and keep your spirit strong. Yet we take it all for granted, thinking it will last…. Oh so long.
Mother’s love is brilliant. Magical too. For the most part you even never notice, it’s standing right next to you. Sometimes it seems stifling. Others down right mean. Words like No. Not right now, go to your room and clean.
Her love wants for you, more than you ever could. It dreams bigger, hopes more, than you ever would. Mother’s love is determined, it will do anything. Work two jobs, car pool, play dates, and referee. It’s tireless, fierce – warrior strong. It loves you even when – you’ve done wrong. Mother’s love won’t settle for anything less. It gets up every morning preparing your best.
At times her love grows weary, but this she’ll never say. You can’t stop it, or change it, or make it go away. For her love is eternal, you can feel it every day.
Love is more than physicality. It is in our children, our lives, our memories. It’s in every beat of our heart, every breath we take. The lives we live, the futures we make.
She was the very first love of our life. She held us and dressed us and stood us up right. With every harsh word, there was love in her fight. With every grounding and scolding, her lips pursed tight. She’d never say yes when it wasn’t right.
There’s no other love, as selfless and strong. No love’s as precious, nor as long.
God bless mothers. We need more like you.
Imagine what this world could do?
Mother’s love’s with us, every day. We hear her voice in our heads leading the way. A gentle nudge, or prod on the back. Come on get up, keep going, you can. I believe in you always, right here I stand. Whether you, can see me or not. I love you always and that’s a lot. On this earth or heaven above. I’m in the sound of your laughter, on the wings of a dove. I’m in the wind and rain, sunshine too. I’m all around, in everything you do.
For there is nothing, anyone, could ever do, to take me away, forever, from you.
The best gift you could give me? A life filled with happiness, purpose and love. Pass on what you’ve learned, be strong and proud. Don’t live quietly. Live out loud. Demand from life the finest, work hard and pray. Please never let fear, rule your day. For my child I love you, like no one else will. Today, tomorrow and eternity still.
I will know my job has truly been done, when your love for you is as great as mine. This is when my most precious of gifts – will shine. Help me get there. I know you can. Stand up, stand strong, reach for a hand. Let others love you, like I do. You will need to love others, like this too. Have courage, be vulnerable, don’t run away. Wisdom comes when we’ve had our say.
A mother’s love puts us all to the test. One that ensures our very best. The next time you feel tired, or think you can’t. Stop the thought, stop the rant. For the truth is you can do anything – you damned well please. You’re strong, independent, you have everything you need.
A lifetime of love has gone into you.
It grows stronger each and every day.
Your job now, is to give it away.
Thank you mothers for all you’ve done. We shall try, our very best, to live in your honor, so you might rest. For a child’s love is eternal too. They just needed to grow, before they knew.
Some will become mothers, just like me.
It was then our eyes opened, finally we see.

Thank you to all Mothers, or those acting in their place. You do the most important and often thankless job a person can do. This is for you.
